A lovely retreat in Nottingham Road 🌳
The spa treatments were out of this world, and the food was lekker, proper generous portions! Staff were super friendly and just. Seriously, massive shoutout to my massage therapist, she worked wonders!
Just thought they could've had some snacks available at the pool, felt a bit bare like that.

Good food, very good service and unbelievable view of the garden. Really helpful staff and delicious and satisfactory breakfast with a lot of options. Comfortable and perfect prestigious hotel location very close to the beautiful Midlands, where all families and boys were accommodated in stunning self- catering cottages, the restaurant with interesting and the Drakensberg mountains and Umhlanga Rocks. Also, in beautiful gardens...
Cold bathroom.

We had a well laid out room with a dressing room and under-floor heating.

Lush, green gardens complement the tranquil ambiance, blending the accommodations seamlessly into the serene surroundings. Rooms feature heated flooring, luxurious linens, and a selection of quality teas and cookies.
Some details need attention. Carpets in the room weren't the cleanest, and humidity issues arose with damp firewood making it difficult to get a fire going. Internet connectivity faltered in a room but was resolved eventually, yet both the missing wine opener and a found toe nail clipping add to the overall discomfort.

The staff's attention to detail made our stay enjoyable, and the spa treatments were rejuvenating and well worth it.
The curtains in the room didn't provide effective blackout, making it hard for us to sleep at night.

The staff were exceptional, especially Leslie who treated us like royalty. The food was delicious, but the menu lacked chicken options. A bit more attention to detail needed, like cleaner towels. 🌟

Mind-blowing attention to detail! Underfloor heating, towel warmers, bath salts with bubble bath, and champagne for my partner's birthday. The food was beyond amazing! The spa was wonderful, with every amenity you could ask for. The staff went above and beyond, friendly and well-presented. Truly deserving of a 5-star rating. A real retreat from the stresses of the city. Highly recommended.
